There are literally hundreds and hundreds of books about how to lead, or at least how someone else leads. But there are few that explain how you can grow as a leader and how you can develop others as leaders. And those that do can’t “grow you” as a leader or truly help you learn how to develop others. That’s because growth happens experientially in intentional “life-on-life” relationships.

Each of us is is created by God with unique strengths that we bring to our roles every day. We each also bring areas of “non-strengths,” which are often our strengths overdone, and a few true “struggles.” We can help you understand yourself and apply that to leading as the unique person that you are.
